The 4-H Youth Development Program is represented by the popular and easily recognizable image of the green four-leaf clover.
The stem of the clover is turned to the right and the letters, "지, 덕, 노, 체", appear on separate leaflets.

Each color on the emblem has a different symbolic meaning. The white background stands for the purity of our youth.
The green of the four-leaf clover stands for youth and hope. Each leaf of the clover stands for luck.
